Don Good
-President

President and CEO of Good Oil Company since 1978, married to Margaret for 33 years, 2 daughters Nikki Earp who works in the business, Erin Good a 2011 graduate of Butler University, Son In-law Ross Earp whom also works at Good Oil, Granddaughter Maci Earp. Graduate of Manchester College.

Dean Good
-Vice President

Co Owner of Good Oil Company. Married to Gwendolyn for 25 years. Both our sons, Weston and Wyatt work in the company. My earliest training began 49 years ago consisting of sleeping on the front seat of my fathers’ bulk truck while he delivered home heating and farm fuels. I currently oversee Good Transportation, Bulk Plant Management, Environmental, Insurance, and Maintenance.

Larry Dewees
-General Manager

30+ years experience in the industry including Region Manager for Speedway and Vice President of Marketing for Kiel Brothers Oil Company.

Connie Howe
-Controllert

Licensed CPA with 17 years of accounting experience. With Good Oil since 2001 in the departments of Accounting and Finance, with the primary responsibility of financial statement preparation.

Nicole Good Earp
-Accounts Payable

2007 Graduate of Purdue’s Krannert School of Business. Daughter of Don Good, married to Ross Earp (Good Oil Maintenance Tech), mother to one year old Maci. 5 years experience in store management, taxes, contracts, special project assessments and currently in accounts payable

Weston Good
-Dealer Rep

2010 Graduate of Purdue University North Central. Son of Dean. Currently working in Good transportation, special projects, and aiding wholesale as a dealer representative.

Wyatt Good
-Transportation Manager

A lot like my father, Dean, My earliest memories of the company come from riding in one of the bulk trucks during the summer and after school. Since the age of 14 I have been working various jobs within the business. In 2010 I obtained my degree in Business Administration and since then have put it to good use here in the family business. I work mainly with Good Transportation but like most employees I also perform different functions for Good Oil. My current job duties include handling Insurance matters for Good Transportation, Good Oil, Dealer Locations, along with Transportation Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Transportation Documentation and Policy Implementation, Drug Testing, and Driver Management.

Tim Redshaw
-Wholesale Sales Manager/Dealer Rep.

11 years experience in the industry including various positions in management, multi unit supervision and Sales Marketing for Pilot, Flying J and BP Direct Operations.

Laurie Henry
-Marketing Manager/Brand Manager

Daughter of Oil Jobber, joined Good Oil in 1997 as AR Specialist. She has held the positions of Dealer Representative and Retail Manager before becoming Marketing Manager/Brand manager.

Kathy Abbott
-Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

With Good Oil since 2001, Kathy is currently working in both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Her primary responsibly include paying invoices, creating fuel invoices, and account set-up and bank drafts.

Candy Myer
-Accounts Receivable

I have been with the company for 4 years. I have worked in the Accounts Receivable Department since I started. In previous employment I have worked in all areas of the accounting departments.

Diane Good
-Retail Merchandising/Purchasing/Auditor

Started with Good Oil in 2000 in management. She built the first price book for the company and maintained it. She is in charge of the retail audits, purchasing and merchandising techniques.

Amanda Greer
-Retail Supervisor

Has been employed with Good Oil since 2002. She has been a cashier, assistant manager, and store manager. She currently assists managers in store daily operations such as paperwork, customer service, employee, and vendor relations.

Wally Johanning
-Price Book Manager; HR; IT Support

A 7 year employee of Good Oil Company, responsibilities include - H/R, I/T Administrator, Pricebook Manager. Formerly a 23 year employee as an IT Manager and Purchasing Agent for a small family owned hardware chain. My wife Jane and I have been married for 28 years and we have 3 sons.

Brenda Henry
-Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

23 + years with Good Oil Company, she was as a cashier, and store manager before joining the office staff in 1992. She has the ability to multitask and keep track of employees where a bouts and job duties, which help me, direct customers to the correct personnel

Jack Burger
-Fuel Manager

After 20 years as a store manager in the auto parts industry, joined Good Oil in 2008. Primary responsibilities are dispatch and fuel management.

John Dilts
-Bulk Driver; Driver Supervisor; Dispatch

Is a 17 year employee in dispatch, bulk delivery and driver supervision.

Pat Machamer
– Bulk Delivery

Began working for Good Oil in 1978 as a transport driver. In 1990 began working at Braun Corporation and spent 25 years there as a sales representative. Returned to Good Oil in April 2011 as a Bulk Delivery representative. He has four adult daughters

Steve Rausch
-Equipment Maintenance Manager

Is a 26 year employee beginning as a bulk delivery driver. I have headed the maintenance department for 16 years. In this job you have to be like the grease we sell, multipurpose!

Ross Earp
– Equipment Maintenance Tech

A member of the maintenance team since January 2003. Has past experience in servicing Good Transportation’s Fleet.

Kyle Sefcheck
– Facilities Maintenance Tech

He is the nephew of Don and Dean and member of the maintenance team since May 2005.

Neil Lambert
– Office Clerk

A 3 year employee at Good Oil Company, assisting with filing, and retail promotions.
